Jameela Jamil and the #MoveForYourMind Community are thrilled to announce the expansion of our ‘Move For Your Mind’ event series! After the success of our events in London and New York City, we’re heading back to the UK for an even bigger event in London this January 2025! Instead of the usual 'New Year, New You' message, we’re flipping the script—focusing on the positive mental health benefits of movement, not the aesthetics.

Our mission is simple: reclaim the joy of movement and emphasize its powerful impact on mental well-being. These events are designed to connect our community in real life, with interactive experiences like panel discussions, fireside chats, fun workouts, movement sessions, snacks, and plenty of inspiration!

Join us to #MoveForYourMind and start the new year with positivity and connection. Our first event in 2025 will be in London on January 17th + 18th (tickets available for either or both days). Snag your tickets below!

What People are Saying

“The energy of the room was almost like spiritual. Especially from the front, it was literally so charged. I was actually quite wowed by how inclusive and different everybody was but we were all on the same level in terms of the energy. I think collecting that and manifesting that turned it into something a dream of mine.”

— Joelle D’Fontaine

“It makes me quite speechless because I’m learning quite a lot. I feel like my brain is filling up with knowledge. And it is very inspiring and joyful, which is something I’ve never thought of in terms of movement before.”

— Sofie Hagen

“Excellent humans talking about important stuff in between ridiculously fun movement sessions that made me love having a body. I wish this was how I spent all my Fridays.”

— MFYM Community member

“This is a basic right to move our bodies and it is a vital need - not so that we can be a perfect advertising billboard for other people to look at and approve of us, but because we need it for our minds. We need it for our mental health.”

– JAMEELA JAMIL
