Kim Stacey’s approach to fitness and body image is deeply rooted in her personal journey of breaking free from diet culture, healing her relationship with exercise and food, and fostering body neutrality. A Level 3 Personal Trainer, Kim specialises in advanced resistance training, core development, group exercise, and exercise referral for health conditions such as arthritis, lower back pain, hypertension, joint replacement, and osteoporosis.
As a certified lower back pain specialist and yoga instructor, Kim focuses on creating inclusive practices, particularly for bigger bodies and diverse communities. She is also a vibrant group exercise instructor, leading unique classes like Burlesque Cardio and Twerk After Work.
Kim is dedicated to creating a fitness environment that is safe, inclusive, and empowering for everyone. She works alongside some of the world’s leading weight-neutral trainers, offering an online membership with live classes 7 days a week, featuring a diverse range of movement options and personalised support.
Based in the North East of England, Kim also provides an extensive selection of in-person classes. As she continues to grow both her business and herself, she remains committed to helping every body embrace the space they deserve.
